An Evening with DJ N’Ajò: Island Soul Meets London Grit and Barcelona Groove
This Sunday, October 19th, 2025, something special is happening at Volta. The magical DJ N’Ajò — a Sardinian-born, London-raised, and now Barcelona-based artist — is taking over the decks for an evening of music, cocktails, and effortless Aperitivo vibes.
Blending hip hop, drill, R&B, soul, funk, grime, UK garage, afrobeats, and amapiano, DJ N’Ajò’s sound refuses to fit into a single box. Her sets are electric and deeply human — rhythmically complex yet warm and intimate. Sometimes, she even picks up her saxophone mid-set, adding a live, emotional pulse that transforms the room.
Her name, N’Ajò, is a nod to her Sardinian island roots, but her musical journey started in the underground clubs of London, where she absorbed the city’s raw, experimental energy. Today in Barcelona, she channels all of that experience into curated soundscapes that feel global — the kind of music that makes you dance, smile, and look around to realize you’re exactly where you need to be.
