Après Ski Sessions at Aethos Monterosa

Starting in February 2024, the Italian Alps became more than just a winter playground for skiers and snowboarders. With the launch of the Après Ski Sessions, Beats for Relief and Aethos Monterosa (CampZero) transformed the mountains into a stage where culture, community, and cause came together in perfect harmony.

Music in the Mountains

Each weekend, as the sun dipped behind snowcapped peaks and skiers gathered around roaring fires, the night unfolded in ways that blended luxury and intimacy. Artists including Fernanda Aleman, Tina Masawi, Bonny Soul, Marc Pané, Marquis, Leano, and Ash Bates brought their unique sounds to audiences who were still wrapped in ski gear, faces glowing from a day on the slopes.

It wasn’t just a concert — it was a pilgrimage. Guests traveled from nearby villages and even from other countries to be part of something new: a concert series nestled in one of Europe’s most breathtaking alpine landscapes. Performances carried a warmth that contrasted beautifully with the crisp alpine air, creating memories that lingered long after the final note.

A New Kind of Après Ski

Traditionally, après ski means clinking glasses, sharing stories, and enjoying mountain hospitality. But here, it also meant purpose. Instead of only celebrating the day’s runs, participants were reminded that joy and responsibility can coexist. Each ticket, each toast, each song became part of a greater movement.

Impact Beyond the Alps

Funds raised during the series supported Oxfam, ILGA Europe, and Italian Climate Network. In this way, the beauty of nature was directly tied to action: protecting the environment, advancing equality, and addressing the urgent challenges of our time.

What set this series apart was not just its novelty, but its authenticity. The Après Ski Sessions proved that even in the quiet, snow-blanketed mountains, music can be a megaphone for change.
