This season, two of Barcelona’s most passionate live music collectives — Beats for Relief and Front Page News Music — are coming together in an exciting new collaboration that celebrates creativity, connection, and community.
On November 12 at the Velvet Room, we invite you to experience Wine Wednesday: Autumn Edition VII — a night where music meets purpose, and where every note, every light, and every moment brings people together for something bigger than a concert.
A COLLABORATION ROOTED IN PURPOSE
This partnership was born from a shared belief: music is more than entertainment — it’s a catalyst for connection and change.
Front Page News Music has built a reputation as a home for artists who make Barcelona pulse — blending cultures, genres, and stories in their signature 3 Acts format. Each night is a journey: from intimate acoustic beginnings to high-energy finales that fill the room with life.
Beats for Relief, meanwhile, transforms live experiences into real-world impact — producing concerts, comedy nights, and cultural gatherings that directly support nonprofits making a difference in people’s lives.
Together, we’re merging what we each do best: Front Page’s discovery-driven live showcases and Beats for Relief’s mission-driven approach to creativity and community.
This collaboration isn’t just about music — it’s about uniting audiences, artists, and causes through nights that feel electric and meaningful at once.
THE NIGHT
Each Wine Wednesday features three concerts in one night, creating a smooth arc from soul to groove to celebration.
Dylan Cloud, our musical host, opens the evening with whiskey-blues textures and heartfelt originals that set the tone for what’s to come.
Bad Decisions take the stage next — a band beloved for their infectious energy, playful chemistry, and that perfect “everyone’s dancing” feeling that sneaks up on you halfway through their set.
Frescoboys close out the night in pure style — merging disco, funk, groove, and tropical rock into a sound that’s impossible to stand still to. Their performances are a sensory celebration of everything live music should be: warm, wild, and full of joy.
Throughout the night, VJ Baby K will create live visual art — mixing real-time projections that turn each song into a visual story.
WHY WINE WEDNESDAY
Wine Wednesday started as a midweek ritual and evolved into a community movement — a space where artists, friends, and strangers gather to unwind, discover, and connect.
This Autumn Edition VII marks a turning point — the first time Beats for Relief and Front Page News have joined forces. Together, we’re blending artistry and altruism, creativity and cause, soul and solidarity.
